I will have a house, I think. It will be rather small but quiet and comfortable. There will be two floors in my house. There will be three rooms in
my house: a hall, a sitting-room and a bedroom.
The sitting-room will be upstairs, on the top floor. It will be the largest
room in my house. There will be much new furniture in it. I want to have a
big and very expensive fireplace opposite the door. There will be a big
colour TV next to the fireplace. I’m going to put four armchairs in four
comers of my sitting-room. There will be a big table in the middle of the
room. I’d like to put six chairs round the table. There will be a sofa in
front of the TV-set. I’m going to put a bookcase at the sofa. There will be
many coloured pictures of animals on the walls. I will watch the stars in
the sky through the windows or read books in my sitting-room.
I’m going to make a bedroom on the first floor. It will be above the sitting-
room. My bedroom will be rather small. When you come into my bed-
room, you’ll see a big window on the right. There will be bright lovely curtains on the window. I’d like to put a big wardrobe with many different
clothes on the left.
I’m going to put a mirror and a sink in front of the door in my bathroom.
There will be a blue carpet in the middle of the bathroom.
I’m going to put a cooker in the comer of my kitchen. I’d like to put a
fridge next to the cooker. The sink will be between the cooker and the
fridge. I’m going to put a big table in the middle of the kitchen. There will
be six chairs round the table.
