Му uncle lives in the country. He has got a house. His house is rather
small but comfortable. My aunt runs the house so it is very clean. The
house is made of stone but it is very warm in their house. They live in a
quiet place not far from Moscow.
There are two floors in their house. There are three rooms in their house:
the hall, the sitting-room and the bedroom. Their bedroom is on the top
floor. Their bedroom is rather large. When you come into their bedroom,
you can see a big window on the right. There are bright lovely curtains on
the window. There is a big wardrobe with many different clothes on the
left. There is a big lamp opposite the door. There is a wonderful coloured
carpet in the middle of the room. There is a bed between the lamp and the
carpet.
The sitting-room is downstairs, on the first floor. It is under the bedroom.
It’s difficult to describe their sitting-room, because there is much furniture
in it. There is a big fireplace opposite the door. There is a big colour TV
next to the fireplace. There are four armchairs in four comers of the room.
There is a big table in the middle of the room. There are six chairs round
the table. There is a sofa in front of the TV. There is a bookcase at the
sofa. There are many coloured pictures with animals on the walls.
In the hall there are stairs. If you go upstairs you’ll get to their bedroom.
In my uncle and aunt’s bathroom there is a mirror and a sink in front of the
door. They have got cold and hot running water.
There is a cooker in the comer of the room in their kitchen. There is a
fridge next to the cooker. There is a sink between the cooker and the
fridge.
My uncle and aunt have got a garden. It is in front of the house. There is a
forest behind it.
